Curriculum Vitae and Job interviews
IIn order to understand how to get prepared ot the world of work, we hosted in our school an expert who works in the field of communication and marketing. Mrs Virginia Russo, in the company where she works, is in charge of analysing the curricula and choosing the new employers.
She has explained to our students how to be prepared for a job interview and to write a real curriculum.
After a brainstorming, the "teacher" explained the children what a curriculum is about and what it's used for. Then children within their Virtual Company had a job interview, doing their best to be "hired"
Later on, pupils wrote their own curricula, in mother tongue. Then, with the help of their English teacher, the curricula were translated in English, and written in a word file. Here are some exemples:
