19th- 22nd June 2015 FINAL PROJECT MEETING , NORWAY
As it is deceided at the final mobility in Craotia, the coordinators woould come together to go through the draft of the final report, the Project Calendar&Dictionary and the Project Common Newsletter. Therefore, on the dates 19th – 22nd June, only the Project coordinators of each school participated at the meeting held in Fredrikstad, Norway.
On the 19th of June, the coordinators arrived at different times and placed to hosting teachers’ houses. On the 20th of June, at the meeting which was held at school, the coordinators worked on the Project Final Report. The common parts were filled together. After lunch time, as coordinators we started to fill in the European Shared Treasure Platform (EST ). It was a very beneficial day on which we had the chance to revise all the activities we went through for two years. On the 21st of June, we checked together the Project Calendar&Dictionary month by month. We decided on the photos and the words which were going to be placed on the calendar. After lunch time, we worked on the Project Newsletter which is going to be one of the most important final product. In the newsletter we summarised our 2 years Project by photos and also teachers and students interviews. Moreoverour Norwegian participants were kind to arrange a fishing trip for us. We had a nice sightseeing of the coast line and had a great time by fishing. On the 22nd all the coordinators went safe back to their countries.
Although this last meeting was not included on the Project Application form, it was much useful to come together to discuss and decide on the Final Report, the Project Calendar & Dictionary and the Project Newsletter.
