THE TOWER OF FLOWERS - By 5th Graders
La società è nata con lo scopo di far conoscere agli stati europei i prodotti della nostra città.
Torre del Greco è famosa per la lavorazione del corallo e del cammeo, per la ristorazione e per la coltivazione di fiori. Proprio per quest’ultima attività, gli alunni di alcune classi del Plesso Montedoro hanno costituito una società che si interessa di realizzare oggetti decorativi floreali.
Si è proceduto ad una votazione per il nome ed il logo della società.
Dopo aver studiato le caratteristiche di una società, la modulistica per l’avviamento di essa e il compito dei vari dipendenti, gli alunni hanno compilato un curriculum vitae nel quale hanno espresso le loro attitudini e le loro preferenze lavorative all’interno della società.
L’insegnante ha individuato i proprietari e i loro manager; si è passato così alla selezione del personale con veri e propri colloqui lavorativi.
Alcuni alunni hanno occupato cariche dirigenziali, altri si sono occupati dell’amministrazione, altri della produzione, un gruppo si è occupato della pubblicità e infine sono stati individuati gli addetti alle vendite.
I lavori preparati saranno venduti al pubblico in occasione del Comenius Day prevista per fine anno.... non abbiamo ancora deciso la destinazione d'uso del ricavato.
Our town is famous for the manifacturing of coral, cameos, culinary traditions and the floricolture. Pupils of Grade 5, 4 nad 3 decided to set up a company for the production of floreal objects.
First of all they voted for a logo and a name to be given to the Company.
Later on the pupils have searched about how a company works and which are the main roles within it. That's why the filled in a form where they were requested to write about themselves: this was aimed to distibute the tasks according to their skills and attitude.
Some of them have been chosen as General Managers, others are in charge of managing the budget, the expenses and eventually the profits, a group has been working for the advertisment and finally there are the sellers.
All the products will be sold at the Comenius final exhibition.
